Summary:

This client had three sites, including a primary product site and two additional sites with more limited focus. One of these two was an information portal to learn more about the products, and the other was an interactive tool to identify and recommend the right product. We assessed the the ease of use and effectiveness of all three sites, and determined users' expectations regarding the additional two sites.

Users found the organization of these sites disjointed and problematic. We were able to illustrate users' frustrations as well as compare their expected site organization to the actual site organization.
