Summary:

We assessed a prototype redesign of the client's site. From a usability perspective, we were tasked with assessing the ease of use of the purchase path for placing orders. On a broader level, we sought to understand the decision-making processes of parts managers. We identified areas of interaction where improvement was necessary, and provided recommendations to facilitate decision-making and purchasing.
