Summary:
We explored the brand perception of our client, among both their core target customers and general customers. We observed customers' behavior and opinions, across both desktop and mobile platforms, regarding usability and brand affinity. The site's usability was validated, as only minor usability issues were found. We discussed and recommended ways to further the client's brand.
